I was born and raised in Dallas, Texas and went to Texas Health and Science University. I graduated with honors near the top of my class, built a strong client base during training, and became the youngest female in America to graduate with a Masters from an accredited acupuncture program.
There are many different opinions about acupuncture, but what cemented mine is how it helped me in various ways. As a child, I suffered from really bad allergies and tried every way to remedy it; antihistamines, allergen cocktail from an M.D., and changing living habits. Although these interventions helped to some degree, they weren’t enough to change my quality of life in context of my ailment. One day my mom took me to an acupuncturist to see if it would help. After one treatment, I already started feeling much better than I did with the previous methods of treatment. After the third treatment, my allergies were significantly better. I remember being completely astounded at how acupuncture could yield such meaningful results. When it came time to decide what I wanted to do with the rest of my life I remembered how much value acupuncture brought me and I felt that it would be an honor to share that with people.
I live in the Chicagoland area with my husband and love it! I recently became a mother, and my hobbies include working out, reading, and fashion! I am passionate about acupuncture and medicine and want everyone to experience its great benefits.
